insert

StoredType insert(PassedType toInsert)

Creates a new record in the store.

Parameters:

toInsert - inserted object description

Returns:

saved object corresponding to toInsert

update

void update(Ersatz newValues,
            StoredType toUpdate)

Update record with the given values.

Parameters:

newValues - new values, can be partial ersatz

toUpdate - ersatz representing record to be updated

delete

void delete(StoredType toDelete)

Delete record from the store.

Parameters:

toDelete - ersatz representing record to be deleted

newPrimaryKey

Ersatz newPrimaryKey()

Generate new primary key.

Returns:

primary key partial ersatz

query

Cursor<StoredType> query(com.webobjects.eocontrol.EOQualifier q)

Query for records matching EO qualifier.

Parameters:

q - qualifier

Returns:

query results
